Universal solution for automising the manufacturing process

Thanks to the multiple ways of its being  mounted, the LiftMaster offers an enormous flexibility and a large palette of automation functions These spread from simple loading and unloading to the management of and evacuation of the pallets and other components.  At the base of all of  the liftmaster’s functions is its  suction panel.This is equipped with lifting suction pads for transporting raw metal and with rake teeth to get rid of what’s left.

Loading bay

Unloading bay

The manufactured metal sheets are automatically placed in an unloading bay.

Unloading truck

The manufactured sheet metal can be automatically placed on an unloading truck.

Interface with stock

Thank to the conveyor trucks, the LiftMaster also allows the placement of an interface with your stock, not only for the loading of raw materiels but also for the unloading of manufactured pieces.
