The machine's open design with its ease of access guarantees simple handling of the mobile pallet cart and optimum utilization of machine capacity through the use of an automatic pallet changing system.
The TRUMPF LaserCat is distinctive for its high machine dynamics as well as its fast QuickShot piercing.
The flying optics system, when used in combination with the lightweight yet extraordinary stable carriage unit, enables optimal acceleration and speed values to be obtained, resulting in very short processing times - regardless of workpiece weight.
The optical CatEye sensor enables prepunched blanks to be processed. Thanks to the flexible layout of the slats, parts laid on their edges as well as entire switch cabinets can be processed.
The working area of the machine is protected in exemplary fashion by means of a machine enclosure composed of Macrolon panels. During palletexchange, light barriers safeguard the pallet change area.
To ensure clean and environmentally friendly operation, the TRUMPF LaserCat has been equipped with a highly efficient dual suction chamber system as well as a compact dust and filtration removal facility.
