1987, TRUMPF introduced the first laser cutting center optical mobile with TRUMPF TLF laser. Since these machines have changed daily life of sheet metal fabrication. The series machines TRUMATIC L 3030 are the result of intensive research and development, focusing the experience and know-how of the company TRUMPF. The precision engineering, laser technology combined with cutting edge is their indentifying characteristic.
Concept
The laser cutting centers of the series TRUMATIC L 3030 are based on a standard machine design. All machines operate on the principle of flying optics, that is to say that the laser beam is moved over the work area. This system achieves high-speed machining, regardless of the weight of the blank to be machined.
Select the workspace that matches your workpiece dimensions. All machines can be equipped with lasers of different power. Again, select the laser that fits your workpiece spectrum.
The machine design
The frame of the machine form a unitary construction. The laser and the Control panel are integrated to the frame. The automatic pallet changer provides both food iron sheets that the unloading of finished parts. Obviously, the loading and unloading is performed in parallel to the main time of machining and pallet changer is available on three sides.
The laser cutting centers TRUMATIC meet safety requirements more stringent. A cabin made of Makrolon panels protects the working area of the reflected radiation and simultaneously allows easy control of the machining process. To ensure operator safety and the environment, flue gas and slag are discharged effectively cutting using a vacuum system to multiple boxes and a compact dedusting device. Options
