The TRUMATIC 3000 is not only equipped with more functions, but it expands the hitherto known machining possibilities, too. The use of tools featuring roller technology open up new perspectives to users.
Punching, bending, forming, tapping, contour cutting and engraving in one machine – that is complete processing with the TRUMATIC 3000.
Smooth punching with TRUMPF MultiShear, bending with TRUMPF MultiBend and the use of roller technology make the punching machine extremely versatile.
The output values of the TRUMATIC 3000 are convincing: 900 strokes/min for punching and 2,200 strokes/min for engraving. Tool changing is also incredibly fast: 3.1 seconds with "normal" tools and 0.6 seconds with multitools. Thanks to the easily accessible linear magazine, it doesn’t take much time to fit it with tools. The pre-loaded tool sets can be changed by manually unscrewing them without additional equipment. Just like its predecessor, the TRUMATIC 3000, this machine is available in both medium and large formats.
